From time to time, you may need to update your payment method in your account. You can do this at any time by logging in to your Supergut account. Click on the "Sign in" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once you’re are in your account section, follow these steps to update your preferred payment method:
- Click on "Subscriptions"
- Scroll down a bit and on the right-hand side of the screen under "Billing," click on "Update"
- Click on "Add New Credit Card"
- Enter your payment information by completing all required fields
- Click "Save"
Once you click on “Save,” the page will refresh and your updated billing information will now be reflected under "Billing." If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact one of our Customer Experience representatives.
