In the Supergut product line, the primary sweetener system in the shakes and bars is a combination of the natural, non-GMO sugar alternatives allulose (found in raisins and prunes) and Reb M (found in stevia).
The two products that contain small amounts of erythritol (2g), which is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the FDA, are two of the three bars: chocolate peanut butter & chocolate brownie in the chocolate coating.
